Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen operations and oversee culinary activities.
• Check quantity and quality of received products against orders and standards.
• Achieve food margin set by the Company.
• Monitor stock levels to reduce wastage and maximize profitability.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff.
• Inspire team to meet food specifications.
• Assist in recruitment of kitchen staff.
• Collaborate with restaurant manager to plan menus considering ingredients and customer volume.
• Manage food and manpower cost.
• Perform kitchen administration duties.
• Receive and store food supplies.
