The role involves hiring and mentoring sous chefs, line cooks, and prep teams while managing food and labor costs and coordinating with managers, FOH staff, and suppliers to ensure smooth service and optimal guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Menu Development: design seasonal menus, craft recipes, and set standards for flavor, quality, and plating.
• Staff Management: hire, train, schedule, and mentor kitchen personnel.
• Financial & Inventory Control: manage food and labor costs, budgets, and oversee vendor purchasing and inventory.
• Safety & Compliance: enforce health, sanitation, and food safety regulations across operations.
• Operations & Liaison: coordinate with general managers, front-of-house staff, and suppliers to ensure smooth service.
