Job summary

SPH Media in Singapore is seeking an HR Shared Services Executive to manage HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy in records and payroll processes. You will oversee onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration and data integrity.

You will collaborate with vendors, drive process improvements, and contribute to compliance tasks such as regulatory submissions. A diploma or degree in HR/Business and 2–3 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business or HR Management.
• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Employment Act (EA) and HR practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• SAP or SuccessFactors experience is essential.
• Experience with RPA for HR service delivery is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Data Management: maintain HRIS data for payroll and benefits.
• Onboarding and Offboarding: oversee processes for new hires and leavers.
• Process Improvement: identify and implement HR efficiency improvements.
• Claims Processing: manage employee claims and benefits promptly.
• Vendor Coordination: work with vendors to resolve claims issues.
• Compliance and Reporting: assist regulatory submissions and CPF reimbursements.

About the Role

The HR Shared Services Executive plays a vital role in managing HR operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance throughout the employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day HR processes such as onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration, while maintaining accurate employee records and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management: Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for payroll processing and benefits administration
• Onboarding and Offboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and manage the offboarding process for leavers.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Claims Processing: Manage and process employee claims and benefits promptly, addressing exceptions and complex queries.
• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to resolve any issues related to claims and benefits.
• Compliance and Reporting: Assist in regulatory submissions (e.g., WICA) and manage reimbursement processes through platforms such as the CPF portal

Job Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Business or HR Management
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Employment Act (EA) and HR practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior working knowledge in SAP or SuccessFactors is essential
• Experience with RPA for HR service delivery would be advantageous
