The role covers full-cycle recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, and HR administration.

A Diploma in Business or HR is required, along with 2 years of related experience and bilingual English/Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business or HR Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Able to work overtime; 5 days in office.

Responsibilities

• Plan HR activities with focus on engagement, compensation & benefits, recruiting, hiring and retention.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for rank-and-file positions.
• Participate in recruitment events, career fairs and outlet recruitments.
• Maintain HR database and monthly manpower reporting.
• Assist payroll and payroll-related tasks.
• Handle other HR and admin projects as assigned.
