• Verification of vendors’ documentation (e.g. KPI reports, invoices, FTE)
• Conduct random ground inspections on linen delivered to wards/clinics
• Prompt follow up on inter-department feedback or requests

Reporting to the linen contract manager (CM), you’ll be involved in exciting projects that will directly impact how we work and support our colleagues.
