Job summary

National University Hospital is seeking a proactive Linen Contract Manager to oversee hospitality service contracts within our healthcare environment. You will analyze data to streamline operations, improve service quality and drive cost-efficiency across the linen function.

Working with service partners and internal teams, you will manage vendor performance, inspect compliance, and ensure smooth linen operations from inventory management to on-site supervision of staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and execution of hospitality service contracts
• Work collaboratively with service partner(s) to strengthen service delivery, coordination and continuous improvement
• Identify service risks, gaps or performance issues and implement timely corrective actions
• Implement initiatives that enhance service quality, operational efficiency and resource utilisation
• Managing onsite vendor's staff
• Supervising in-house linen attendants
• Managing linen inventory
• Verification of vendors' documentation (e.g. KPI reports, invoices, FTE)
• Conduct random ground inspections on linen delivered to wards/clinics
• Prompt follow up on inter-department feedback or requests
