ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced finance professional to support overseas grant and audit activities.

The role involves preparing grant and audit reports, coordinating with schools and stakeholders to ensure complete pre-trip and post-trip documentation, and maintaining grant records to ensure timely, accurate submissions. The ideal candidate has a degree in Finance/Accountancy and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with prior exposure to finance and audit

Formación

• Degree in Finance/Accountancy or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience.
• Prior experience with preparation of finance and audit reports would be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Support audit and grant-related matters for overseas programmes, including preparing grant and audit reports and responding to audit queries.
• Coordinate with schools and relevant stakeholders to ensure pre-trip and post-trip documentation for grant applications, claims and audits is complete, accurate, submitted on time and compliant with funding requirements.
• Maintain grant records, monitor outstanding submissions and follow up on discrepancies or missing documentation.
• Support the review and improvement of grant and funding processes, including strengthening internal controls and identifying opportunities for automation.
• Share accounting and finance knowledge with colleagues to build internal capabilities and streamline existing finance-related processes.

Job Details

• Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Thu) & 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)
• Salary: Up to $5,000 per month
• Duration: 11 months
