Job summary

The Edge Partnership Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Finance Manager for the Non-Profit sector to lead financial reporting and governance efforts in Singapore.

You will oversee month-end close, grants accounting, and fund utilisation while driving policy development and process improvements. In this role, you will manage a finance team, coordinate internal and external audits, and collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/ACA or equivalent preferred.
• 5-8 years in accounting/controllership; at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong Singapore FRS, fund accounting, and grant reporting experience.
• Proven leadership in developing and mentoring finance teams and experience in systems enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Finance Management & Reporting: lead month-end and year-end closings and timely, accurate reporting. Manage grants, donations and fund utilisation.
• Controls & Compliance: establish financial policies, processes and internal controls; coordinate audits and drive improvements.
• Oversee Finance ERP migration/transformation initiatives; vendor management and go-live/UAT testing.
• Governance Support: coordinate statutory filings and maintain governance records; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder Partnership: support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making with senior leaders.
• People Management: guide finance executives and support their development.

Finance Manager - Non Profit Sector

• Financial Management & Reporting - Lead month-end and year-end closings, ensuring timely, accurate reporting aligned with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards. Oversee proper accounting for grants, donations, and fund utilisation.
• Controls & Compliance - Establish and strengthen financial policies, processes, and internal controls. Be the main liaison for internal and external audits, and drive continuous improvements in systems and workflows.
• Take charge of Finance ERP migration/ tranformation initiatives; lead with vendor management and coordinate go live and UAT testing
• Governance Support - Coordinate statutory filings, maintain records of board and committee meetings, and ensure adherence to governance and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Partnership - Work closely with senior leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
• People Management - Providing guidance to a team of finance executives in reporting and responsible for their personal development

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Finance; professional certification (CPA, ACA, or equivalent) highly preferred.
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in accounting and controllership, with at least 3years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical expertise in Singapore FRS, fund accounting, and grant reporting.
• Proven leadership in developing and mentoring finance teams and experience in systems enhancement would be essential
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
