Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. is looking for candidates for an audit support role. This position involves assisting in audit activities related to grants and training providers, requiring good interpersonal skills and knowledge of funding policies.

Job Summary

Support the Manager on all Audit activities on grants, grant certification and financial audits. Provision of analytical and advisory support to facilitate the evaluation of training providers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and review audit activities on grants in alignment with the relevant compliance standards
• Prepare audit findings and reports on all training partners to ensure compliance with the funding terms and conditions
• Escalate cases and audit findings to the relevant parties for follow‑up
• Provide analytical support and advisory services to facilitate evaluation of training providers on level of future funding and renewal of partnership
• Handle complaints and feedback from whistle‑blowers on fraudulent claims

Period

• 2 Years Contract (renewable)

• $3,000 - $3,500 + VB

Working Hours

• Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 6pm

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline
• Up to 3 years of relevant work experience in Audit and using Audit Command Language (ACL) Application.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
• Knowledge of funding policies and concepts.
• Positive working attitude with a high level of initiative.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
