Job summary

Prestige Products Distribution Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a supply chain professional to drive demand forecasting, manage inventory levels and process purchase orders. You will coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Shipping and Finance to ensure accurate forecasts and timely deliveries.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or related fields and at least two years of relevant experience, with strong Excel and communication skills for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics or related field.
• At least 2 years in demand planning, purchasing or related role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent planning, organisational and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit purchase forecasts based on budget and business plan.
• Plan forecasts and orders for new product lines and brands.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on forecasts and POSM.
• Monitor inventory and analyse stock movements before orders.
• Issue POs and coordinate shipments with Shipping and Finance.
