We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Senior Executive, Events who combines creative vision with structured project delivery.
Proposals & Pitch Leadership: Lead the end-to-end development of creative proposals, pitch decks, and commercial tenders for upcoming events, exhibitions, and brand activation projects.
Client Servicing & Account Management: Act as the primary direct liaison and trusted advisor for clients—managing expectations, presenting creative strategies, providing clear timelines, and building long-term account relationships.
High-Impact Presentations: Pitch concepts, spatial designs, and operational plans directly to corporate clients and key stakeholders with clarity, authority, and persuasive flair.
End-to-End Project Ownership: Architect project master schedules, streamline resource allocation, and drive execution across all phases—from initial brief intake to post-event evaluation and reporting.
Vendor & Budget Governance: Negotiate supplier contracts, safeguard project profitability, and manage financial reporting, risk assessments, and regulatory approvals/permits.
Cross-Functional & Production Leadership: Direct cross-disciplinary teams—working in sync with designers, spatial fabricators, production crews, and venue operators to turn approved proposals into flawless physical builds.
On-Ground Operations Command: Lead on-site execution for high-stakes events—managing technical setups, directing suppliers, troubleshooting high-pressure contingencies, and ensuring flawless delivery.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven hands-on project management and client-facing experience in Events, MICE, Trade Exhibitions, and Brand Activations.
Client & Pitch Skills: Exceptional presentation abilities with a track record of crafting winning proposal decks and managing key corporate client accounts.
Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder live events from inception to final handover, with a strong grasp of technical production and spatial fabrication.
Commercial Acumen: Strong proficiency in budget management, cost optimization, and contract negotiation.
Communication & Influence: Verbal and written communication skills; adept at articulating creative strategies to corporate decision-makers and steering technical vendor crews.
Crisis Management: High degree of operational resilience, quick decision-making under pressure, and a sharp attention to detail.
Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and presentation software (Keynote, PowerPoint, or Canva). Basic proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud is a strong advantage.
High-Visibility Portfolio: Lead multi-faceted projects & immersive brand pop-ups, and major public activations.
