Satire Singapore is seeking a skilled Designer to bridge creative vision with technical execution for immersive spatial environments and brand activations. You will conceptualize stunning visuals, develop Key Visuals, and ensure every dimension and print spec is fabrication-ready.
You will work on 3D concepts, moodboards, and production drawings, collaborating closely with project teams to deliver high-impact experiences at live events and exhibitions.
At Satire Singapore, we don’t just build setups—we craft immersive spatial environments, iconic stages, and engaging brand activations that captivate audiences from the moment they step into the space. From high-energy festivals, to brand activations, pop-ups and custom photowalls, we turn ambitious concepts into physical realities.
We are looking for a skilled Designer who bridges creative vision with technical execution—someone who can conceptualize stunning spatial designs, develop original Key Visuals (KVs), and ensure every dimension, draw file, and print spec is set up for flawless fabrication.
Creative Conceptualization & Moodboards: Translate client briefs into compelling visual narratives by designing rich moodboards, thematic directions, and custom illustrations.
Key Visual (KV) Development: Ideate and create original Key Visuals and master creative artwork for campaigns, live events, and exhibition experiences.
3D Conceptualization & Visualization: Create fully rendered, scaled 3D spatial concepts for exhibition booths, main stages, brand activations, and interactive photowalls aligned with approved Key Visuals and brand guidelines.
Technical & Spatial Compliance: Design with real-world spatial constraints in mind. Produce accurate technical drawings and structural layouts.
Fabrication Preparation: Translate rendered concepts into precise, production-ready technical drawings and vector files for structural fabricators and carpentry vendors.
Print & Graphic Adaptation: Adapt and resize master artwork and Key Visuals across various event collateral, backdrop dimensions, and signage—ensuring exact bleed lines, crop marks, and proper CMYK color profiles for commercial event printers.
Production Synergy: Collaborate closely with Project Executives and ground production teams
Education: Diploma in Graphic Design, Illustration, or a related discipline.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands‑on experience in graphic design and creative artwork production.
Creative & Illustrative Skills: Strong artistic sensibility with proven ability in graphic design, custom illustration, composition, and creating comprehensive moodboards and Key Visuals.
Software Mastery (3D): High proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as AutoCAD & SketchUp
2D & Print Expertise: Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a strong understanding of pre‑press production, large‑format printing requirements, resolution, and color management (CMYK).
Technical Literacy: In‑depth knowledge of materials & spatial dimensions
Detail‑Oriented & Adaptive: Excellent eye for scale, lighting, texture, and visual hierarchy; able to iterate quickly based on client feedback and production constraints.
Creative Autonomy: Drive projects from original Key Visual ideation and illustration through to large-scale, physical 3D builds.
Diverse Projects: Work on a dynamic portfolio ranging from high-profile events to creative public pop‑ups and brand activations.
Collaborative Environment: Work alongside an energetic, passionate team that values both bold creativity and operational precision.
