Job summary

J ROGER PRESTON (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an engineer to design and manage M&E systems for building projects across residential, office, commercial and institutional sectors. The role involves design work, attendance at consultant meetings and managing M&E aspects of construction activities.

The candidate should have a degree with about 5 years' experience or a diploma with 8 years' experience in design and implementation, with strong communication and independent-working skills.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with about 5 years’ experience or Diploma holders with 8 years’ experience in design and implementation.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
• Possess initiative, drive and ability to work independently
• Good interpersonal/communicational skills
• Experience as a consulting in the construction industry is a pre-requisite

Responsibilities

• Design and project management of mechanical and electrical engineering systems (MVAC, Elect, Lifts, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary, etc) for building projects.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering (or equivalent)

Design and project management of mechanical and electrical engineering systems (MVAC, Elect, Lifts, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary, etc) for building projects in the various sectors such as residential, office, commercial, hospital, institutional, etc. Engineer shall be expected to carry out design work, attendance at consultants meetings and management of the relevant M&E aspects of the construction activities.
