Job summary

J ROGER PRESTON (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced design engineer to lead mechanical and electrical systems design for building projects across residential, office, commercial, hospital and institutional sectors in Singapore. You will design MVAC, Electrical, Lifts, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary systems and attend consultants meetings.

The role requires about 5 years' degree-holders or 8 years' diploma experience, the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced

• Degree holder with about 5 years’ experience or Diploma holder with 8 years’ experience.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
• Possess initiative, drive and ability to work independently.
• Good interpersonal/communication skills.
• Experience as a consultant in the construction industry is a pre-requisite.

Job description

Design and project management of mechanical and electrical engineering systems (MVAC, Elect, Lifts, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary, etc) for building projects in the various sectors such as residential, office, commercial, hospital, institutional, etc. Engineer shall be expected to carry out design work, attendance at consultants meetings and management of the relevant M&E aspects of the construction activities.
