Standard Chartered PLC is seeking a senior Private Banking leader in Singapore to drive profitable growth and oversee a team of Relationship Managers. You will shape business plans, manage risk, and deliver key metrics across client books and referrals.

Qualifications

• 15 years of Relationship Management experience in Private Banking.
• Excellent business communication skills.
• Licenses and Certifications/accreditations – as required by role remit and responsibility.
• Professional Memberships – as required by role remit and responsibility.
• Bank training; mandatory & developmental – as below.
• Demonstrable and relevant experience in the Private Banking industry.
• Strong ability to develop a network of target prospects.
• Proven risk management capabilities.
• Sound knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Private Banking team.
• Drive revenue growth and client acquisition.
• Ensure adherence to risk, controls and compliance.
• Collaborate with product heads and front office colleagues.
• Act as escalation point for client concerns and issues.
• Oversee referrals and client book performance.
