About the role
You will be the first point of contact for prospective parents, guiding them through their enquiries and supporting them as they explore preschool options. You will play an important role in building trust, creating positive experiences, and supporting enrolment outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and respond to parent enquiries across multiple channels, including email, phone, and digital platforms, in a timely and professional manner
- Support enquiry-to-visit conversion by assisting prospective parents in arranging centre visits and understanding the enrolment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems, ensuring enquiries, visits, and follow-up activities are well documented
- Provide clear and accurate information about our centres, programmes, and enrolment procedures
- Coordinate with centre teams regarding visit arrangements, parent enquiries, and follow-up activities
- Handle feedback and concerns professionally and empathetically to support a positive customer experience
- Conduct timely follow-up on enquiries and survey responses to maintain engagement and support enrolment objectives
- Assist with administrative duties and ad hoc projects as required
About you
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, contact centre, customer support, or other customer-facing roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with families from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to manage a high volume of enquiries across multiple channels in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience using CRM systems and telephony platforms is advantageous
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to respond to enquiries with empathy, professionalism, and patience
- Ability to remain composed and solution-oriented when handling feedback or challenging situations
- Resourceful, adaptable, and willing to learn, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to communicate in additional languages will be an advantage where required to support the communication needs of families and stakeholders
