Qualifications

• Proven Executive Chef or senior culinary leader with multi-outlet experience.
• Expert in kitchen management, menu engineering, and financial control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Deep knowledge of HACCP and food safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Define culinary vision and standards across all outlets.
• Develop signature menus and brand-aligned concepts.
• Own kitchen P&L and optimize food costing.
• Lead multi-unit operations and enforce SOPs.
• Recruit and coach Head Chefs and kitchen leaders.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and food safety.
• Drive menu strategy and seasonal campaigns.
• Analyze sales data to boost profitability.
