RESORTS WORLD AT SENTOSA PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Executive Chef to lead the culinary direction of our Specialty Restaurants, elevating food quality, presentation and guest experiences across concepts.

You will oversee menu development, cost management and compliance with food safety standards while collaborating with Operations, Marketing and Finance to drive profitability and brand standards in a luxury dining environment.

Competenze

Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management or related discipline.
10–15 years of progressive culinary experience, preferably in luxury hotels or fine dining.
Strong expertise in the relevant specialty cuisine and high culinary standards.
Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

Lead the overall culinary direction for the Specialty Restaurant.
Develop menus and drive menu innovation and seasonal offerings.
Manage food costs, productivity and inventory to protect profitability.
Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure consistent quality.
Collaborate with Restaurant Operations, Marketing and Finance to achieve business goals.
Lead, mentor and develop the culinary team for high performance.
