Job summary

DCA ARCHITECTS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an architect who is passionate about design and eager to contribute to the social, natural and built environment. You will originate and develop creative design concepts and manage documentation through development and construction phases.

The role requires leading project teams, ensuring design intent, coordinating with client representatives, and delivering on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Professional/Master in Architecture from a recognized institution registrable with BOA or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in architecture.
• Advanced design, visual, and graphic presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage design of small to large projects.
• Well-versed with contract admin, local authorities regulations and codes, and knowledge of VDC/Corenet-X.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and project communications to the team as required.
• Attend on-site visits and client meetings to verify design requirements and deliver design progress reviews.
