Job summary

You will oversee briefing, concept design, and stakeholder presentations while ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires coordinating building plans, obtaining clearances, and developing detailed drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction project brief formulation, design conceptualization, and presentation to stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit building plans and obtain Building Plan clearances in compliance with regulations.
• Develop detailed architectural specifications and drawings to guide project execution.
• Support the tender process by preparing documentation and coordinating submissions.
• Manage contracts and oversee construction activities to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.
