Job summary

FDAT Architects LLP in Singapore is seeking a Master of Architecture with at least 5 years of experience to contribute to architectural and interior design projects from feasibility through detailed design.

You will develop designs across all stages, prepare presentation boards, attend meetings, monitor construction, and assist in authority submissions.

Strong CAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop and Office skills are essential, along with good communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Master of Architecture with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong design and detailing skills with aesthetic sense.
• Ability to liaise with clients and consultants and work independently or in a team.
• Proficient in CAD, Photoshop, Revit, SketchUp, Office.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• To assist and support in any type of architectural or/and interior design project.
• To develop designs throughout all stages from feasibility studies to detail design.
• To assist in preparation of presentation boards, and assisting in project contract administration works
• To attend consultant and project meetings
• To monitor construction stage with contract administrative in good design sense till completion.
• To conduct site inspections on matters of design & technical coordination issues.
• Good knowledge in preparation of authority submission will be considered.
