Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Individualised case management and develop intervention goals.
• Collaborate with Probation Officers, Child Protection Officers, families, schools and employers.
• Develop partnerships with employers, schools, CSOs for reintegration.
• Prepare for and present cases at various platforms to update progress.
• Document case records and maintain records.
• Coordinate with Hostel Operations for daily movement scheduling.
• Conduct and participate in group work for residents.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as needed.
