Job summary

Phillip Securities Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated intern to support eWallet operations and customer experiences. You will work with Customer Experience, Product and vendor teams on daily activities, resolve issues and identify opportunities to automate the customer journey.

The role offers exposure to FinTech, digital payments and hands-on experience in operations, servicing and product enhancements within a dynamic team. Ideal for Diploma/ Degree students targeting a career in digital finance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, FinTech, Information Systems or Business Analytics.
• Strong interest in FinTech, digital payments and customer experience.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with data and investigating operational issues.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and willing to learn.
• Able to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
• Interest in AI and automation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day eWallet customer enquiries and operational matters.
• Investigate failed transactions and coordinate with internal/external partners.
• Track customer cases and ensure timely follow-up.
• Analyse common enquiries to improve the eWallet journey.
• Develop and maintain FAQs, SOPs, templates and knowledge bases.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features.
• Monitor eWallet service performance and customer feedback.
• Explore AI, automation and digital tools to streamline servicing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency.
