Job summary

Phillip Securities Pte Ltd (A member of PhillipCapital) is seeking a motivated intern to support Workplace Management (WPM) in Singapore. You will engage in process improvement, digitalisation, self-service solutions and operational efficiency projects.

You will learn to review processes, develop digital tools, and assist in workplace operations, procurement and documentation while gaining hands-on experience with AI-enabled productivity solutions.

Qualifications

• Proactive, curious and willing to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in process improvement, AI and automation.
• Organised and detail-oriented with strong communication.
• Able to work independently and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Support Process Improvement & Digitalisation initiatives within WPM.
• Assist in E-Commerce procurement workflow development and control.
• Help create DIY/self-service forms, guides and digital tools.
• Assist Workplace & Employee Experience projects and coordination.
• Provide day-to-day Workplace Operations support; reception coverage as needed.
• Prepare SOPs, process maps and documentation; enable handover of projects.
