Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Passion for digital products, fintech, AI, and wealth management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with digital product management, customer journey mapping, UI/UX concepts, Agile/Scrum, or data analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Digital Channel team drives the digital experience for PhillipCapital clients by making investing and wealth management simpler, smarter, and more engaging. As a Digital Channel Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on digital initiatives across POEMS, Wealth, and AI-powered customer experiences, supporting projects that improve how clients discover, invest, protect, and grow their wealth.

You will gain hands-on exposure to digital product management, customer journey design, user experience enhancement, digital marketing, data analytics, and AI initiatives while collaborating with business, technology, operations, and marketing teams.

In This Role, You Will:

• Support the planning and execution of digital initiatives across POEMS and Wealth platforms.
• Analyse customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve the digital client experience.
• Conduct market research on digital wealth trends, fintech innovations, and competitor offerings.
• Gather business requirements and assist in preparing user stories, business requirements, user acceptance test (UAT) scenarios, and documentation.
• Assist in testing new digital features and enhancements to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Analyse user behaviour, campaign performance, and platform usage to generate actionable insights.
• Support digital marketing initiatives, including customer engagement campaigns and content development.
• Participate in AI-related projects, including personalised recommendations, digital assistants, and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Customer Experience to deliver digital solutions.
• Contribute ideas that help transform POEMS from a trading platform into a comprehensive digital wealth platform.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Passion for digital products, fintech, AI, and wealth management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team.
• Familiarity with digital product management, customer journey mapping, UI/UX concepts, Agile/Scrum methodologies, or data analytics is an advantage.
• Experience with AI tools, Microsoft Power BI, Excel, Figma, SQL, or digital analytics platforms will be a plus.
• Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and contribute ideas in a fast-paced environment.
