Job summary

Communique Live Asia invites an experienced events lead to join our Singapore team, overseeing a team of event executives and coordinators to deliver seamless live, virtual and hybrid experiences.

You will manage client briefs, budgets and timelines, lead stakeholder relationships and drive end-to-end event concepts for meetings, conferences, exhibitions and launches. Thrive under pressure in a dynamic agency environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant agency experience.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
• Confident to lead and develop a team.
• Curious with keen interest in the MICE industry.
• Resilient and able to perform under pressure.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Adaptable and independent.
• Meticulous with eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of event executives and coordinators to deliver seamless experiences.

• Ideate and conceptualise events based on client's brief.
