OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an Event Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end logistics for corporate events, employee meetups, and community activations. The role includes coordinating venues, AV, catering, and suppliers, ensuring smooth delivery while aligning with regional and global requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in event operations, strong procurement experience, and a bachelor's degree in events management or a related field.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in event operations, event production, or a similar role.
• Experience with procurement or source-to-pay processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Events Management or related field.
• Experience managing multiple events from planning through execution.
• Strong experience coordinating internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics and onsite execution for corporate events, employee meetups, cultural events, and other community activations.
• Coordinate venues, AV, catering, facilities, signage, suppliers, and day-of-event requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Maintain the events calendar and support event planning in line with regional and global requirements.
• Collect attendee feedback and event data, and support post-event reviews and process improvements.
• Maintain event documentation, run-of-show templates, and operational guidelines.
• Support supplier briefs, quotations, vendor onboarding, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related procurement activities.
• Track event budgets, invoices, and spend, and resolve supplier or procurement issues.
