Job summary

MORGAN MCKINLEY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced events operations professional for a 12-month contract to support onsite events and procurement in a tech/large corporate setting.

You will implement end-to-end event delivery, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage suppliers to ensure flawless execution. Responsibilities cover venue logistics, data collection, post-event retrospectives, and maintaining playbooks and templates to drive repeatable success across regional and global

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Events Management, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 4-5 years in event operations/production in tech or large corporate environment.
• Experience managing multiple events from planning to execution.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
• Experience in procurement operations or source-to-pay processes.
• Knowledge of event CRM tools and data collection methodologies.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end operational delivery of onsite events using global playbooks and local knowledge.
• Manage event logistics: venue setup, suppliers, facilities/AV, catering, signage, and day-of-show execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Maintain the local events calendar aligned with regional and global customer experience plans.
• Support collection of event data, attendee feedback, and post-event retrospectives; surface learnings and improvements.
• Maintain best practice documents, run-of-show templates, and process guides for repeatable event formats.
• Support supplier relationships for event services, including briefs, quotes, and on-the-day delivery.
• Support end-to-end procurement: onboarding new vendors, creation of PRs, TPAs, and purchase orders.
• Process PRs to reduce holds and positively impact payment cycles.
• Communicate with suppliers on PO queries and troubleshoot procurement issues.
• Support budget tracking and reconciliation for event spend.
