Job summary

WBR SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Events Operations professional to support high-profile regional events.

You will gain hands-on experience managing our Oracle system, including event codes, pricing structures, and attendee registrations, while coordinating communications and payments. You'll interact with delegates, speakers, sponsors, and partners to ensure a seamless experience from registration through to event day, with onsite support and data-driven post-event activities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting event operations and registrations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end attendee journey from registration to event day.
• Manage Oracle system tasks: set up event codes and pricing structures.
• Coordinate attendee and speaker registrations and payments (invoice follow-ups).
• Support event communications and guest inquiries with stakeholders.
• Provide onsite support during live events and liaise with vendors.
• Contribute to post-event data analysis, reporting, and system updates.
