Job summary

WBR Singapore PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Customer Service role to manage delegate registrations, process payments, and handle DS guest registrations using Oracle.

You will support pre- and post-event tasks, respond to enquiries, and maintain excellent customer experience during live events in Singapore. Onsite event support and coordination with the Ops team are expected, including badge generation, venue details, and post-event data cleanup in Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Render paying delegate sales registrations, including invoicing and payment processing.
• Render DS guest registrations: process pre-orders & send confirmation email.
• Registrations for sponsor attendees, sponsor/speaker guests and media partners in Oracle system.
• Setting up of event codes and pricing grids in Oracle system.
• Assist with Finance with delegate payment follow ups.
• Send out full event venue details a week before event.
• Send out Roundtable pre-registration emails to attendees when needed.
• Send out final reminder 1-2 business days before event (if required by DS or Producer).
• Attend to all customer enquiries and maintain good customer experience.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
