Orion Concept SG Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Management Intern to help deliver seamless, high-quality B2B events in Singapore. The role focuses on managing logistics, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining event documentation.

You will support on-site execution during events, handle setup and troubleshooting, and contribute to process improvements. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced events environment.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage the end-to-end logistics for events, including event deliverables sourcing, supplier management, and on-site coordination.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on event deliverables.
Oversee budgets, timelines, and event schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to secure contracts and ensure high-quality service.
Develop and manage comprehensive event documentation, including run sheets, attendee lists, and operational plans.
Manage on-site execution, including set-up, registration, troubleshooting, and wrap-up.
Continuously evaluate event processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
