Job summary

MCI Events & Productions in Singapore is seeking an energetic Events Coordinator to support on-site and virtual events from planning to execution. You will coordinate logistics, manage client briefings and collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver memorable experiences.

Ideal candidates have hands-on event experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under the sun. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google tools and Zoom is preferred; a Class 3 driving

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant events experience.
• Outgoing and sporty personality with strong client interaction.
• Strong work ethic, responsible and meticulous.
• Able to handle hands-on outdoor event environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Sheets, Zoom.
• Class 3 License (Auto or Manual) required.

Responsibilities

• Events on-site coordination and execution (in-person and virtual).

• Events logistics set-up, preparation, and tear down.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant events experience preferred
• Outgoing and Sporty personality (love interacting with clients, coordinating events, client briefings and set-up and tear-down activity equipment)
• Strong work ethic, responsible, meticulous and a problem-solver
• Able to handle a hands-on working environment (involves physical work, conducting outdoor events under the sun, event set-up and tear-down, maintaining equipment, etc)
• Proficient in using software such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Zoom, etc)
• REQUIRED: Class 3 License (Auto or Manual)
