Job summary

Deal Flow Empire in Singapore is seeking an energetic Event Coordinator to help plan and execute engaging experiences. You will support facilitation, client interaction, and on-site logistics.

The role covers event setup and teardown, equipment maintenance, and coordinating with a dynamic team to deliver real-world impact. Open to students and fresh graduates; minimum 3 months commitment.

Salary SGD 600–1000/month with mentorship and a nurturing culture in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills and love speaking to crowds.
• Outgoing, people-oriented, positive attitude, and great customer service.
• Comfortable with physically demanding job scope; sporty.
• Proficient with basic digital tools (e.g. Google suites, Zoom, Google Meets).
• No prior experience required; students and fresh graduates welcome to apply.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months commitment
