Job summary

VAULT PERSONNEL PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive coordinator to manage customer communications and CRM-driven lifecycle flows for TSSS programs in Singapore.

You will coordinate term timelines, enrollments, and parent communications while maintaining clean records and driving engagement. You will also organize events and school programs end to end, ensure timely follow-ups, and surface insights to the GM for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years across events, CRM/customer communications or program coordination in hospitality, education, enrichment, fitness or lifestyle brands.
• Excellent written communication: warm, clear, fast to parents, guardians, corporates and riders.
• Organized to a fault: schedules, lists, follow-ups; nothing slips.
• Hands-on with a CRM or booking platform; adapt to the specific tool quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day communications with existing customers via email and WhatsApp, stay on-brand.
• Execute lifecycle touchpoints on the booking/CRM platform, e.g., welcome sequences and re-enrolment campaigns.
• Keep customer records clean with segments and tags for timely messaging.
• Gather feedback after programs/events and surface patterns to leadership.
• Organise and coordinate programs end to end: logistics, lists, briefings, and communications.
• Run the re-enrolment window each term to drive next steps and renewals.
• Track attendance and flag at-risk enrolments for follow-up before lapse.
• Support the GM with calendar planning around peak/off-peak periods and events.
