Job summary

EVENTS@SBA PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced project coordinator to drive transformation initiatives across process improvement, governance, tournament operations and facility management.

The role will coordinate new systems, data, workflows and user adoption, including athlete-performance innovation pilots. You will support CRM and master-data management, coordinate diverse stakeholders, and prepare dashboards and training materials to enable smooth adoption within SBA.

Qualifications

• Diploma, degree or relevant professional qualification in any discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, systems, operations or process improvement.
• Good organisation, communication and stakeholder-coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with digital systems, data and Microsoft 365.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a small team.
• Curious, practical and willing to learn across business and sports functions.

Responsibilities

• Support process improvement and digital transformation projects across SBA.
• Coordinate requirements, timelines, vendors, testing, issues and progress reporting.
• Support CRM and master-data management for clubs, players, coaches and Technical Officials.
• Assist with governance, programme, travel, budgeting, forecasting, booking and tournament workflows.
• Support athlete-performance pilots, data coordination and approved technology integrations.
• Prepare dashboards, user guides and training materials, and support stakeholder onboarding.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
