MHG Enterprise Pte Ltd is seeking an energetic Events & Client Engagement Executive to support the planning and execution of corporate workshops, networking sessions, client appreciation events, and business engagement activities.

Ideal candidates come from events, hospitality, customer service, marketing or related backgrounds, enjoy interacting with people, and can manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage corporate events, seminars, workshops, and networking sessions.
• Liaise with clients, guests, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
• Assist in venue setup, event logistics, registration, and attendee coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and event participants.
• Support marketing and promotional activities for upcoming events.
• Manage event schedules, bookings, and administrative documentation.
• Gather feedback and prepare post-event reports.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all attendees.
