Job summary

SDMA HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking an events professional in Singapore to plan and execute corporate events, workshops, roadshows and promotional campaigns.

You will coordinate venues, manpower, materials and post-event activities, liaising with customers, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution. The role involves preparing proposals, responding to enquiries, developing marketing content, and supporting sales with promotional materials.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute company events, workshops, roadshows, pop-up activities and promotional campaigns.
• Manage event arrangements including venue coordination, manpower, materials, equipment, setup and post-event activities.
• Liaise with customers, vendors, partners and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Prepare event proposals, quotations, schedules, checklists and operational requirements.
• Support corporate and private workshop bookings from initial enquiry through event completion.
• Respond to online enquiries through WhatsApp, social media, website and other communication channels.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products, workshops, events and services.
• Create and coordinate marketing content for social media, digital platforms, promotional materials and campaigns.
• Assist with photography, short-form video, event content and behind-the-scenes marketing materials where required.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, seasonal campaigns and customer engagement activities.
• Support outdoor marketing activities including exhibitions, roadshows, corporate events and community events.
• Identify suitable event opportunities, partnerships, collaborations and marketing channels to increase brand exposure.
• Liaise with event organisers, corporate clients, shopping malls and external partners for potential collaborations.
• Maintain event calendars, marketing schedules and campaign timelines.
• Track enquiries, event bookings, campaign performance and customer responses.
• Support sales and business development teams with marketing materials, event proposals and promotional activities.
• Ensure events and marketing activities are delivered professionally and according to company standards.
• Monitor event expenses and assist with basic event budgeting and cost control.
• Prepare post-event reports, customer feedback and recommendations for future improvements.
• Perform other event, marketing and business development duties as assigned.
