Job summary

Lentor Ambulance Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Executive for a 3-month contract (Sept to 7 Dec 2026) in Singapore. The role supports planning, coordination, and execution of major events, working with internal teams, clients, vendors, and partners to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator, able to multitask and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Event Management or Project Management is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant event management experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing major events and related projects.
• Liaise with clients, event organisers, government agencies, venue management, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate event logistics, including manpower deployment, transportation, equipment, accreditation, and venue setup.
• Prepare project schedules, work plans, reports, and event documentation.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed according to schedule.
• Coordinate recruitment, scheduling, briefing, and deployment of event staff and volunteers.
• Conduct site visits, venue inspections, and pre-event preparations.
• Support procurement activities and coordinate with suppliers for event requirements.
• Ensure compliance with event safety, operational procedures, and company standards.
• Assist with budget tracking, purchase requests, and expense reconciliation.
• Resolve operational issues promptly during event setup and event days.
• Prepare post-event reports and recommend process improvements.
• Perform other project-related duties assigned by the Manager.
