Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in event or marketing industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, venues and internal teams.
• Proactive, results-driven and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Event Operations Support: assist project lead with day-to-day event operations.
• Oversee team management, supplier/vendor coordination, and venue logistics.
• Plan and propose efficient workflow structures for projects.
• Create innovative and compelling event proposals for clients.
• Source and secure cost-effective solutions from suppliers and prepare invoices.
• Supervise on-site setup and teardown, coordinating with suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders for project alignment.
• Maintain proper administration and paperwork for efficient management.
• Liaise with venue owners and manage run sheets and paperwork.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting and managing volunteers and event crews.
• Coordinate media coverage, press releases and influencer partnerships.
