Qualifications

• 1-3 years in events, operations, or logistics coordination.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and weekend work.
• Strong organizational skills under time pressure.
• Clear, calm communicator with manpower and clients.
• Familiar with AI tools for drafting documents and checklists.
• Able to multitask across manpower, logistics and comms.
• Coordinates between sales and client to align on plans.
• Meets all event expectations without exception.

Responsibilities

• Manpower coordination and scheduling for events and staff.
• Pre-event briefings on scope, expectations, site specifics, contingencies.
• Site recce to verify layout, access, power/AV, parking.
• Draft and maintain packing lists and verify items are packed and returned.
• On-ground event lead: manage setup, timeline, and issues.
• Manage client expectations and flag changes early with sales lead.
• Use Claude or similar AI for drafting updates and checklists.
• Oversee transport, storage, and movement of equipment.
• Provide admin support: data entry, filing, follow-ups to unblock team.
