Qualifications

• Skilled in CRM platforms, Microsoft 365, and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics and ensure a premium environment for customer engagements.
• Manage all aspects of executive programs, including room setup, catering, signage, and branded content displays.
• Maintain the center’s pristine condition and prepare for high‑profile visits.
• Work closely with facilities and workplace services to deliver seamless operations and customer service.
• Partner with consultants to execute sophisticated client interactions.
• Support the Head of Centre Lead on the smooth running of the center
• Handle complex calendars and concurrent engagements with precision.
• Align with subject matter experts and executives for flawless delivery.
• Organize agendas, boardroom setups, site logistics, and stakeholder communication.
• Act as the primary contact for internal teams and external vendors.
• Strengthen ties with sales, marketing, facilities, and catering partners.
• Coordinate with international teams to ensure program consistency.
• Foster a culture of white‑glove service and continuous improvement.
• Oversee vendor deliverables and manage program budgets effectively.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Provide innovative ideas to elevate customer experiences.
• Lead or participate in task forces and project teams as needed.
