Pepper Dreams Pte. Ltd. is seeking a reliable Event Operations Assistant to support day-to-day event setups and logistics.

You will transport materials, set up structures, and install stickers and signage on site, coordinating with clients to ensure smooth project delivery. This hands-on role requires driving a van or lorry, physical fitness for lifting and outdoor work, and flexibility to work weekends or holidays as events demand.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 Singapore Driving Licence with a clean driving record.
• Hardworking and physically fit; capable of lifting and outdoor work.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, or public holidays.
• Experience in events setup, carpentry, signage installation, or sticker pasting is advantageous, on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Execute Event Setup & Installation for structures, backdrops, and equipment.
• Perform precise sticker, graphics, and signage installation indoors and outdoors.
• Serve as on-site point of contact, coordinating with clients during execution.
• Safely drive company vehicles to transport inventory, equipment, and team members to project sites.
• Maintain tools, installation equipment, and vehicles before and after projects.

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hands‑on Event Operations Assistant to support our day‑to‑day event setups and logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting materials, setting up event structures, and executing precise sticker/signage installations both indoors and outdoors. You will also serve as a key point of contact on‑site, coordinating directly with clients to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and to their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Job Scope

• Event Setup & Installation: Execute the physical setup, tearing down, and installation of structures, backdrops, and equipment for various events.


• Perform precise pasting and installation of stickers, graphics, and signage in both indoor and outdoor environments.


• Client Coordination: Serve as an on‑site point of contact, coordinating directly with clients during project execution to manage requirements and resolve immediate issues.


• Logistics & Transportation: Safely drive company vehicles to transport inventory, equipment, and team members to various project sites across Singapore.


• Maintenance & Inventory: Ensure all tools, installation equipment, and vehicles are well‑maintained, clean, and accounted for before and after projects.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Driving Licence: Must possess a valid Class 3 Singapore Driving Licence with a clean driving record (comfortable driving a van/lorry).


• Physical Fitness: Hardworking and physically fit, as the role requires lifting, moving event equipment, and working on outdoor installations.


• Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, or public holidays, depending on event schedules.


• Experience: Prior experience in events setup, carpentry, signage installation, or sticker pasting (e.g., car wrapping, wall murals) is highly advantageous, though on‑the‑job training will be provided.
