Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Logistics Support professional to assist with event setup and operational tasks. The role involves moving equipment and furniture, setting up seating and barricades, and supporting venue changeovers across multiple venues.

You will be responsible for maintaining logistics equipment, taking inventory, and ensuring readiness for use, while adhering to Health and Safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Execute logistics plan in the set up and tear down of event space.
• Maintain logistics equipment.
• Take inventory of logistics equipment and ensuring that equipment are well maintained and ready for use.
• Understand and follow company’s Health and Safety and operational policies and procedures.
• All other reasonable and related tasks and responsibilities as requested by the management.

Job description

Overview:

The logistics team provides event setup and operational support, including equipment and furniture movement,seating and barricade setup, venue changeovers, back-of-house support, and event-day logistics. The team also carries out routine maintenance and upkeepof logistics equipment, while supporting ad-hoc operational requirements acrossmultiple venues. The role requires flexibility to work in a fast-pacedenvironment, including odd hours, weekends and public holidays when required.

Job Scope:

• Execute logistics plan in the set up and tear down of event space.
• Maintain logistics equipment.
• Take inventory of logistics equipment and ensuring that equipment are well maintained and ready for use.
• Understand and follow company’s Health and Safety and operational policies and procedures.
• All other reasonable and related tasks and responsibilities as requested by the management.

Requirements:

Working Hours:5 days work week (Mon- Fri) (depends on operational requirements)
