Job summary

SECOND TALENT SG PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Events Manager to lead end-to-end corporate events, from proposal through post-event wrap-up, coordinating logistics, vendors, and on-site delivery.

You will conceptualise themes with the design team, craft programming for thought leadership forums, and build strong relationships with clients and vendors while managing workloads autonomously in a fast-paced live-events environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event management or related fields.
• Strong project management with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key client point of contact and manage project timelines from proposal through post-event wrap-up.
• Plan and execute events end-to-end, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site delivery.
• Conceptualise event themes and design event layouts with the design team.
• Craft programming for corporate events, thought leadership forums, and hospitality events.
• Manage workload autonomously and take initiative on improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
