Job summary

XPONENT DESIGN STUDIO PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Project Coordinator to join our team, supporting events, exhibitions, and interior fit-outs from planning through on-site execution.

You will oversee site setups, coordinate with subcontractors, manage schedules, and prepare quotations while ensuring quality and safety. The role offers a fast-paced environment with progression to senior roles.

Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience and a hands-on attitude are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on project execution experience in events, exhibitions, or interior fit-outs.
• Strong communication skills and basic costing/spreadsheet proficiency.
• Ability to read technical drawings or floor plans.
• Willingness to balance site visits with office work and occasional overnight/weekend setups.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site setups, build-ups, and tear-downs for events, exhibitions, and interior fit-out projects, ensuring work complies with design specs and quality standards.
• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, AV technicians, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery and schedule adherence.
• Liaise with building management, event organizers, and venues for permits, access, and safety compliance.
• Monitor progress on-site to ensure builds are completed safely and on schedule.
• Perform final walkthroughs, troubleshoot on-site issues, and hand over to clients with minimal snag lists.
• Prepare detailed, accurate cost estimates and quotations for client approval.
• Gather quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to secure best pricing and maintain margins.
• Document site variations and prepare variation quotes for client confirmation.
