Job summary

BRICKBASE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator to oversee interior fit-out projects in Singapore from start to finish. You will plan schedules, coordinate with clients, subcontractors and internal teams, and monitor progress to meet tight deadlines.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking ability and the willingness to travel between project sites. Fast learner with practical problem-solving skills will fit well in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant interior fit-out, renovation or construction experience is preferred.
• Formal education or qualifications are not a key requirement if the candidate has relevant working experience.
• Fast learner and willing to learn new things.
• Able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
• Able to handle pressure, tight deadlines and multiple tasks/projects.
• Responsible, organised and able to follow up closely.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Practical and able to solve site problems quickly.
• Able to communicate effectively with workers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
• Willing to travel between project sites in Singapore.
• Basic computer knowledge such as Microsoft Word, Excel and WhatsApp required.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD / construction drawings is an advantage but not compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor interior fit-out / renovation projects from start to completion.
• Assist in planning project schedules, manpower, materials and site activities.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Attend site meetings and follow up closely on outstanding works.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed according to schedule.
• Read and understand basic construction / interior fit-out drawings.
• Coordinate architectural, carpentry, ceiling, partition, flooring, painting and M&E works.
• Arrange materials, deliveries and subcontractors according to site requirements.
• Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions where required.
• Identify site problems and coordinate solutions quickly.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure defects are rectified.
• Keep proper records of site progress, variation works and project documents.
• Coordinate project handover and defect rectification.
• Perform other project-related duties assigned by management.
