Job summary

SDQ INTERNATIONAL PRODUCTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable events coordinator to manage preparation and operations for multiple events. You will provide essential administrative and operational support, receive guidance on new projects, and source event supplies while juggling priorities.

This role requires strong communication, time management, and the ability to work independently or with teams to meet deadlines. Senior candidates may be considered for advancement.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work out of office hours when necessary.
• Senior position may be offered to candidates with more experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage event preparation and operations for multiple events.
• Provide event administrative and operational support.
• Receive general instructions on new projects.
• Source event supplies and multi-task across projects.
• Collaborate with creative/project supervision while meeting deadlines.
• Identify delays, report to Event Manager and ensure schedules are met.

Job Scope:

• Coordinator and manage event preparation and operations for multiple events.


• Provide event administrative and operational support.


• Receive general instructions on new projects.


• Sourcing for event supplies· Able to manage multiple projects, events, and priorities simultaneously.


• Work with creative or project supervision, exercising judgment within defined procedures and objectives.


• Ensure that projects meet deadlines by adhering to schedules, identifying potential delays and reporting to Event Manager

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint· No experience is welcomed.


• Possess good communication skills· Willingness to work out of office hours whenever necessary


• Strong collaboration skills to accomplish the work assigned· Able to multi-task and work independently, with good time-management and organizational skills


• Knowledge on graphic design is a plus bonus


• Senior position is open to candidates with more experience.
