• Diploma with 2+ years of event/project management experience.

• Experienced in end-to-end D&D management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management activities to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of event requirements.
• Oversee daily event operations to consistently meet performance targets and lead times in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve project-related issues and align expectations.
• Deploy and manage staff assignments based on client needs, conducting site visits to ensure compliance and troubleshoot operational challenges.
• Manage work schedules and accurately consolidate staff payroll to support operational efficiency.
• Deliver product training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge, improving service quality and event outcomes.
