Job summary

A premium events production company in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Event Coordinator to facilitate the smooth execution of various events. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of agency experience and strong organisational skills, alongside a keen interest in the MICE industry. You will work closely with clients, manage project timelines, and contribute creative ideas to event conceptualisation. This is a collaborative role that demands resilience and effective communication in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Independent learner with great team initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Working in a team to facilitate smooth execution and timely completion of all events
• Ideating and conceptualising events based on client's brief
• Stakeholder management
• Preparation, co-ordination and dissemination of various periodic reports and presentation materials
• Assisting in management of project timeline and budget
• Conduct post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders)

Who we are looking for
