Job summary

Experience Matters is seeking an Events Professional in Singapore to lead high-impact experiential events for discerning clients. You will manage end-to-end delivery from proposals to post-event wrap-up, partnering with clients and vendors to ensure flawless execution.

You will design innovative themes with our in-house team, coordinate complex layouts, and continuously grow your event management and production skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in event management, production, operations, or account servicing.
• Exceptional project management skills with high attention to detail under pressure.
• Natural relationship-builder who communicates clearly with clients and vendors.

What you'll do here:

• End-to-end Event Management: Serve as a key client point of contact, manage project timelines, plan and execute events seamlessly - from creating detailed proposals to post-event wrap-up
• Strategic Design: Conceptualise innovative themes, design complex event layouts (alongside our in-house designers), and craft overall programming for high-stakes corporate events, thought leadership forums and corporate hospitality events
• Growth & Collaboration: Manage your time autonomously, take initiative on new ideas, and actively develop your industry skill set
